Ifas Gruppo is the commercial brand of the holding Comipac SpA (Compagnia Italiana Partecipazioni Commerciali) since 2004. From 1951 it is one of the most important automotive retail network in Italy, operating in car sales and services.

Under the guide of its President, Nicola Loccisano, Ifas Gruppo has today a capillary presence in Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria and Valle d'Aosta, with 21 different brands, some 69 sales points, 28 assistance and repair centers directly managed and 150 authorized maintenaince and repair shop.

Officine Abarth was born in October 2007. The headquarters are located in Torino, Corso Marche 34, in the historical place where, in 1949, the "Scorpio Legend" came to life. A viaticum that gives Officine Abarth a unique stance.
